A respected member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, the Gemi Brokerleri Derneği (Turkish Ship Brokers’ Association), and WISTA, she has over 15 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a prominent shipowner company. Her extensive expertise in the maritime industry has positioned her as a trusted leader in operations and chartering.

Cansel Tan, also from Rize, brings a diverse and dynamic professional profile to the table. She is a graduate of Saint Benoît French High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Reading. She furthered her legal education by completing a master’s degree in International Business Law and an LPC at BPP University London.

With years of managerial experience as a partner at a leading language school in London, she later transitioned into the Customs and Logistics sector. Currently, she applies her expertise in her role at Tan Shipping, contributing to the company’s growth and operational excellence. She is also a member of Gemi Brokerleri Dernegi (Turkish Ship Brokers’ Association).

Elif Tan Aytan, originally from Rize, is a dedicated professional with a solid academic foundation and extensive industry experience. She graduated from Ayagağa Işık High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in Law from BPP University.

For over six years, she has held managerial positions at TGM Customs Brokerage and TanAir International Logistics companies showcasing her leadership and operational expertise. Currently, she applies her skills in operations at Tan Shipping, contributing significantly to the company’s success and efficiency. She is also a member of Gemi Brokerleri Derneği (Turkish Ship Brokers’ Association).
